Terms of Service
How the work runs — clear terms on payment, scope and ownership.
Scope
Every project's scope is agreed in writing before work begins — what gets built, how many pages, how many revisions. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, so neither side is guessing.
Payment
50% of the setup fee before work begins and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. Every payment is invoiced.
Timeline
A timeline is given at the start. If content, photos or approvals arrive late from your side, the timeline shifts accordingly.
Revisions
Two rounds of revision are included per deliverable. Changes beyond that are charged separately.
Ownership
Domain, hosting and all accounts are registered in your name. After final payment you own the website and its content. Nothing is held hostage if the engagement ends.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, WhatsApp API, ad spend and paid tools are billed at actual cost and belong to you. Our fee is separate from those.
Cancelling a retainer
After the three-month minimum, a monthly retainer can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice — by either side.
Results
We guarantee that work is delivered on time and to the agreed scope. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales, because those also depend on your market and your business.
