Ultra Safe Fire Engineers
A website, a Google presence, and an attendance system for the field team
Ultra Safe Fire Engineers handles fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV and AMC work across Mumbai. They had two separate problems — being found by new customers outside, and keeping track of the field team inside. So three things were built: a marketing website, a Google Business Profile, and an attendance portal.

Fire safety customers search first — 'fire alarm installation Kandivali', 'fire NOC consultant Mumbai'. The company did good work but had no presence online, so every enquiry came from word of mouth and old contacts.
- A page for each service — fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, fire NOC, AMC
- Area-wise local SEO pages across Mumbai (Kandivali, Borivali, Malad, Dahisar, Andheri, Goregaon, Mira Road, Vasai-Virar)
- WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, with a free site survey as the offer
- Projects gallery and trust markers (NBC 2016 compliant, GST registered, 24×7 AMC)
- Statically built in Next.js, so pages open immediately
- Contrast, heading order and image sizing fixed for accessibility and speed
A website alone wasn't enough. Search 'fire alarm near me' or 'fire safety Kandivali' in Mumbai and the map box appears above everything else — and only businesses with a Google Business Profile show there, no matter how good their website is. The company wasn't in that box at all.
- Profile created and verified
- Correct primary category — fire protection service — plus relevant secondary categories
- Full service list: fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, fire NOC, AMC
- Photos of real work, opening hours, and the service areas covered
- Website and call buttons wired to the profile so a tap becomes an enquiry
- A process for asking customers for reviews — the single biggest factor in local ranking
Fire safety work happens on site — the team goes straight to a client's building in the morning and never passes through an office. So nobody knew who reached when, where they actually were, or how much got done that day. The register sat in the office and was rarely filled.
- Login with a user ID and password, with separate admin access
- GPS location captured automatically at both IN and OUT — latitude and longitude
- A selfie at both points, which confirms the person was physically on site
- Planned versus actual quantities — how much cable and how many devices were meant to go in, and how many actually did
- Total working hours calculated automatically
- An admin dashboard with the whole team's data in one place, plus a calendar view
- The entire system runs on Google Sheets — no server, no hosting cost, no app to install
What the portal looks like

What changed
- The company now appears in the Google Maps local pack for its services and areas
- The company now appears on Google Search and Maps for its services and its areas
- Every page leads straight to WhatsApp or a call, so nobody has to fill in a form
- Attendance records itself; filling the register is no longer a job
- GPS and selfies make location plain, so it never becomes a question of trust
- Planned versus actual shows whether material and time estimates were right
- The portal costs nothing per month — Google Sheets and Apps Script are free
