Construction ERP

Know what a site is costing you while it is still running

Site progress, material movement, labour and subcontractor billing in one place — so an overrun shows up in week three, not at handover.

If this sounds like your projects

  • Site progress arrives on phone calls, and every site engineer reports it differently
  • Material pilferage is invisible until the project quantity no longer matches
  • Subcontractor bills are verified against measurements nobody can locate
  • Project profitability is only known after completion, when nothing can be done
  • Client billing lags behind actual work done, so cash flow suffers

  1. 1

    Discovery

    1–2

We sit with the people who do the work — not only management. Most of the real requirements are in what they have quietly worked around for years.

  2. 2

    Blueprint & estimate

    1–2

Scope, module list, integration points, timeline and fixed cost. You can take this document to another vendor — that is the point.

  3. 3

    Design

    2–3

Clickable screens before development. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour; changing it after build costs a week.

  4. 4

    Development

    4–16

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.

  5. 5

    Testing & UAT

    2–3

Your team uses it on real data before go-live. Every issue is logged and closed in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Our sites have poor internet. Will it work?

The site app works offline and syncs when a connection returns. Engineers can file daily progress and material entries without waiting for signal.

Can it handle several projects at once?

Yes. Each project has its own budget, sites, stock and billing, with a consolidated view across all of them for management.

Do you support measurement books in our format?

Yes. Measurement formats vary by contractor and by client, so the format is configured to yours during discovery rather than forced into a standard one.

What about GST and TDS on subcontractor bills?

Deductions including GST, TDS and retention are computed on the bill, and the data is exported for your accounting system.
