One number, agreed by everyone
Executive and operational dashboards built on a single data layer — so meetings start with decisions instead of arguments about whose figure is right.
If your reporting looks like this
- Finance, sales and operations each maintain their own version of the same number
- The monthly MIS takes two people three days to prepare
- By the time a report is ready, the moment to act has passed
- Data sits in Tally, Excel and a CRM, and nothing connects them
- Reports are so long that nobody reads past the first page

What changes
- 1
Discovery
1–2We sit with the people who do the work — not only management. Most of the real requirements are in what they have quietly worked around for years.
- 2
Blueprint & estimate
1–2Scope, module list, integration points, timeline and fixed cost. You can take this document to another vendor — that is the point.
- 3
Design
2–3Clickable screens before development. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour; changing it after build costs a week.
- 4
Development
4–16Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.
- 5
Testing & UAT
2–3Your team uses it on real data before go-live. Every issue is logged and closed in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Power BI or a custom dashboard?
Power BI is excellent when your team already uses Microsoft tooling and wants to build their own views. A custom dashboard is better when it must live inside your own application or be shared with people who should not have BI licences. We build both.
Our data is messy and spread across systems.
That is the normal starting point, and cleaning and reconciling it is part of the work. It is usually where most of the effort goes — the dashboard itself is the easy part.
How current is the data?
Anywhere from real-time to daily, depending on the source and what the decision actually needs. Real-time everywhere sounds appealing but adds cost without changing many decisions.
Can it pull from Tally?
Yes. Tally data can be extracted on a schedule and combined with data from other systems.
Start with the problem, not the software
A 45-minute call. We map where the manual work actually is and tell you whether it is worth building anything at all. No cost, no obligation.
If custom software is the wrong answer for you, we will say so on that call.
