Mobile App Development

Mobile apps for people who work away from a desk

Field teams, drivers, site engineers and customers — apps that work on weak connections and are designed for the way the job is actually done.

Where a mobile app pays for itself

  • Field staff fill paper forms that someone re-enters at the office
  • Sales orders reach the office a day late, delaying dispatch
  • Site photos and reports arrive scattered across WhatsApp
  • Customers call to ask for information they could see themselves
  • There is no reliable record of who was where and when

  1. 1

    Discovery

    1–2

We sit with the people who do the work — not only management. Most of the real requirements are in what they have quietly worked around for years.

  2. 2

    Blueprint & estimate

    1–2

Scope, module list, integration points, timeline and fixed cost. You can take this document to another vendor — that is the point.

  3. 3

    Design

    2–3

Clickable screens before development. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour; changing it after build costs a week.

  4. 4

    Development

    4–16

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.

  5. 5

    Testing & UAT

    2–3

Your team uses it on real data before go-live. Every issue is logged and closed in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Android and iOS both?

Yes. We build with Flutter or React Native so a single codebase covers both, which is meaningfully cheaper than two native apps for business applications.

Our field areas have poor network.

Apps are built offline-first for exactly that. Data is captured locally and syncs when a connection returns, so no one is blocked by signal.

Who owns the Play Store account?

You do. Apps are published under your company's developer account, so the listing, reviews and updates stay yours.

Can it connect to our existing ERP?

Yes, through APIs. If your current system has no API, building one is part of the scope.

Start with the problem, not the software

A 45-minute call. We map where the manual work actually is and tell you whether it is worth building anything at all. No cost, no obligation.

If custom software is the wrong answer for you, we will say so on that call.
