How do you handle scaling?

Architecture is sized to realistic projections, not hypothetical ones. Over-engineering for scale you will not reach is expensive; we design for the next order of magnitude and no further.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Support contracts with defined response times, or a handover pack complete enough for your own team to run it. Both are genuinely offered.
