Software built for how your business actually works
When no product on the market fits, and the workaround has become the process. We build the system, hand over the code, and document it well enough that anyone can maintain it.
When custom is the right answer
- Every available product covers 60% of your process, and the rest becomes manual
- You pay per user for software your team barely opens
- Two systems hold the same data, and someone copies between them daily
- A competitive advantage in your process cannot be bought off a shelf
- The vendor takes weeks to make a small change

Working software demonstrated every two weeks.

What changes
- 1
Discovery
1–2We sit with the people who do the work — not only management. Most of the real requirements are in what they have quietly worked around for years.
- 2
Blueprint & estimate
1–2Scope, module list, integration points, timeline and fixed cost. You can take this document to another vendor — that is the point.
- 3
Design
2–3Clickable screens before development. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour; changing it after build costs a week.
- 4
Development
4–16Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.
- 5
Testing & UAT
2–3Your team uses it on real data before go-live. Every issue is logged and closed in writing.

Frequently asked questions
How do you avoid the project running over?
Scope is fixed in writing at the blueprint stage, and delivery runs in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. Anything outside scope gets a written change note with cost and schedule impact before work starts.
What if we are not happy after discovery?
Discovery and the blueprint are a paid, standalone piece of work. If you decide not to continue, the document is still yours and you can take it to another vendor. That is deliberate.
Do you provide the source code?
Yes, from the first commit, in a repository owned by your company. Not at the end as a favour — throughout.
Can you take over software another vendor built?
Often yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit and give you an honest assessment, including when a rewrite would be cheaper than continuing.
Start with the problem, not the software
A 45-minute call. We map where the manual work actually is and tell you whether it is worth building anything at all. No cost, no obligation.
If custom software is the wrong answer for you, we will say so on that call.
