Frequently asked questions
Do we need barcode hardware?
Not necessarily — the system works with manual entry. Barcode scanning speeds up receipts and stock take considerably, and standard USB scanners are inexpensive if you decide to add them later.
Can it handle serial-numbered items?
Yes — serial, batch and lot tracking are all supported, which matters for warranty claims and for recalls.
Will it work with Tally?
Yes. Stock and transactions can be synced with Tally so accounting continues where it is today.
How long does implementation take?
Six to twelve weeks for a single location. Multi-location rollouts take longer, mostly because of cleaning up item masters.
