ERP Development

Custom ERP, built around your process

Off-the-shelf ERP asks your company to change how it works. A custom one does not. We build only the modules you actually run on — and you own the code.

Why companies come to us

  • A packaged ERP was bought, and two years later most of it is unused
  • Every department maintains its own spreadsheet, and none of them agree
  • Licence costs rise every year while the software fits less and less
  • Simple changes require the vendor, and take weeks
  • Management reports are assembled by hand every month

  1. 1

    Discovery

    1–2

We sit with the people who do the work — not only management. Most of the real requirements are in what they have quietly worked around for years.

  2. 2

    Blueprint & estimate

    1–2

Scope, module list, integration points, timeline and fixed cost. You can take this document to another vendor — that is the point.

  3. 3

    Design

    2–3

Clickable screens before development. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour; changing it after build costs a week.

  4. 4

    Development

    4–16

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.

  5. 5

    Testing & UAT

    2–3

Your team uses it on real data before go-live. Every issue is logged and closed in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Custom ERP or a ready-made one like SAP or Zoho?

If a packaged product covers most of your process, buy it — we will say so. Custom makes sense when your process is genuinely different, when licence costs keep climbing, or when you have already bought a product and use only a fraction of it.

What does a custom ERP cost?

A departmental system generally starts around ₹3 lakh; a company-wide platform around ₹12 lakh. The figure depends on module count and integrations, and you get a fixed price after the blueprint stage.

How long does it take?

Two to five months for a department, five to twelve for a company-wide rollout. We deliver in modules, so the first useful piece is usually live within eight weeks.

What if we want to change vendors later?

You can. Code, database and infrastructure are in your name, with documented architecture and deployment steps. There is no lock-in to design around.

Start with the problem, not the software

A 45-minute call. We map where the manual work actually is and tell you whether it is worth building anything at all. No cost, no obligation.

If custom software is the wrong answer for you, we will say so on that call.
