The right time to start

A school's planning cycle runs from December to March — that is when the budget and the decision for the next session are made. Once the session begins in April, nobody installs a new system.

  • December–March: choosing a system and setting the budget
  • February–March: data migration and staff training
  • April: the new session starts on the system from day one
  • If you need to start mid-year, we begin with fees and attendance only — dropping a full system into a running session does not go well

What every school asks

We already have software. Why change?

You may not need to. We start by looking at what your current software is not doing — most schools have fee software, while parent communication, attendance and admission tracking sit outside it. We fill only that gap. Replacing the whole system is worth discussing only when the old one has been discontinued or support has stopped.

What happens to our existing student and fee records?

We import them, from Excel, from your old software's export, or from registers — whatever format they are in. The data entry work is on us and is included in the setup fee. Nothing has to be re-typed by your staff.

Will our staff be able to use it? Our clerk is not fast on a computer.

This is the most common question, which is why training happens on site and we stay available daily through the first month. The interface can be shown in Hindi. The system is deliberately kept simple — the daily tasks take about three clicks.

What if the internet goes down?

Attendance and fee entry work offline and sync automatically once the connection returns. Messages to parents go out when connectivity is back.

Who owns the data, and is it secure?

The data is yours. Backups run automatically every day, and you can export everything to Excel at any time. If you ever decide to leave, your data leaves with you — there is no lock-in.

Do parents have to download an app?

Not necessarily. The essentials — attendance alerts, fee reminders, results — go over WhatsApp. The app is for schools that also want a gallery, homework and bus tracking.

How long does it take to go live?

Two to three weeks for Starter, four to six for Complete. Most of that time goes into cleaning up existing data, not into the software.

Can we try it first?

Yes. We run a 30-day pilot on one class or one module, free of charge. If it works we go ahead; if it doesn't, that is fine. For smaller schools this is the safest way to start.
